InvestaRony Ai Pro – Terms of Service

1.1. Introduction
By using the InvestaRony Ai Pro application (app.investarony.com) and the website (www.investarony.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InvestaRony. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our services.
1.2. Service Offering
AI Signal System: We provide automated AI-driven trading analysis for Forex and Cryptocurrency markets.
Educational Purpose: All signals and data provided are for informational and educational purposes only. We are not registered financial advisors.
1.3. Subscription & Payment Model
We operate a tiered access model to ensure flexibility for our users:
Paid Subscriptions: Monthly, Semi-Annual, and Yearly plans are available. Payments are processed securely via OxaPay using Cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC). Access is granted immediately upon blockchain confirmation.
Sponsored (Free) Access: Users may receive Premium access by registering through our affiliate link with Vantage Market. A minimum deposit of $100 is required. Access remains active as long as the user maintains an active trading status and a balance above zero.
Automatic Free Trial: Every new user is eligible for a 3-day free trial of the Pro features to test system accuracy.
1.4. Prohibited Use, Security & Zero Tolerance Policy (Strictly Enforced)
To protect the integrity of our premium data, we enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding unauthorized sharing, reselling, or redistribution of our services.
A. Unauthorized Sharing & Reselling: The trading signals, charts, and analysis provided are the exclusive intellectual property of InvestaRony. You agree NOT to share, forward, screenshot, copy-paste, or re-broadcast any signals to third parties, groups, social media channels, or Telegram communities. Reselling our signals is a serious offense and will result in legal action.
B. Single Device Policy: Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. The App is licensed for use on a single active device only. Logging in from multiple devices simultaneously or sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
C. Anti-Piracy Measures: We employ advanced security algorithms (including Device ID tracking and behavior analysis) to detect violations. Use of screen recording software or attempting to reverse-engineer the app is prohibited.
D. Immediate Ban & Termination: If our system detects any violation of these terms (sharing signals, selling data, or unauthorized device access), your account will be PERMANENTLY BANNED immediately without prior warning.
1.5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds on Subscriptions: Due to the nature of digital information and real-time signals, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once premium access is activated.
No Refunds for Banned Accounts: In the event of an account ban due to a violation of Section 1.4 (Prohibited Use), you forfeit your subscription, and NO REFUNDS will be issued for any remaining period.
User Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the “Manage Subscription” portal. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
1.6. Risk Disclosure
Market Volatility: Trading involves a high risk of losing money. The market is volatile and unpredictable.
Liability: InvestaRony is not responsible for any financial losses incurred while using our app. Users follow signals at their own risk and are strongly encouraged to use proper risk management (Stop Loss/Take Profit).
